Everop won a project contest ( architect –operator- investor) organized by Agora has developed a dedicated nursing and retirements project of 150 senior beds including a dementia area and 40 seniors’ apartments. Assar Architects.has designed the project.

The property totalizes 15,000 m² on 6 floors on the Belval site in Luxembourg.

The facility will be operated by Vulpia a leading Belgium senior house operator active in Europe.

The property has been sold to an insurance company.

Belval-Agora is the biggest brown field regeneration currently under development and construction in Europe (1,300,000 m², of mixed use buildings).
