Everop as an early believer, investor, and developer has built a second student housing property of 220 units and Retails units on the Belval-Agora Urban development for the University of Luxembourg.

Everop has sold the property to a private equity investor expanding the spectrum and the profile of end-investors on the site.

Belval-Agora is the biggest brown field regeneration currently under development and construction in  Europe (1,300,000 m², of mixed-use buildings).
